摘 要:试件的饱水状态对沥青混合料水稳定性检验的试验结果有较大影响.通过改变沥青混合料试件浸水时间和温度,进行浸水马歇尔试验,分析了饱水率随时间和温度的变化规律,评价了饱水率对混合料水稳定性的影响.结果表明:对于不同空隙率的混合料试件,浸水48 h无法保证达到完全饱和状态,普通浸水马歇尔试验难以准确评价混合料的抗水损害能力.提出了以饱和浸水残留稳定度作为沥青混合料水稳定性的评价指标,建议对于空隙率不大于4%的试件可以在60℃条件下浸水48 h后检验其水稳定性;当空隙率大于4%时,应根据实际情况调整浸水时间以保证其达到浸水饱和状态.The water-saturated state of asphalt mixture specimens to the results of Immersion Marshall Test is studied in this paper. Special attention is given here to get the absolute saturation state. A number of experiments are carriedout to test the validity of the results. The changes of saturation rate are analyzed according to the variation of time and temperature. An analysis to the effect on water stability is giver. The results of the experiments indicate that, firstly, the specimens with various air voids cannot reach the absolute saturation state after 48 hours saturation. Additionally, the concept of residential stability in immersion saturated state is introduced as a new index to evaluate the water stability of asphalt mixtures for the first time. Finally, the specimens, that are of lower than 4 % air voids and after 48 hour saturation at 60℃ can reach desire results however, the inundated time should be varied for the specimens with larger air voids.
