摘　　要：建立基于.NET平台和ArcGIS Engine技术的地名地理信息系统,着重研究系统的总体结构、系统数据组织和管理以及系统功能的设计,通过南宁市地名地理信息系统的设计与实现,实现了地名信息与电子地图的结合,最终实现地名信息数字化、可视化的管理与应用.The establishment of toponymic geography information system has beenproposed based on NET platform and ArcGIS Engine technology by focusing on the overall structure, data organization and management system and the system design, applied to Nanning city toponymy of Geographic Information System design and its appplication, leading to the combination of toponym information and electronic map, as well as the realization of digital information, visualization and application management.
