摘　　要：将ERP系统引入学校,作为经管类专业技能培养的重要手段之一,已经为许多高职院校所尝试。文章分析了ERP系统先进的管理思想和理念,从ERP的特点及技能培养的定位入手,提出了基于ERP系统的高职经管类专业技能培养的方法。The ERP system was introduced into schools, as an important means of skill training in business and management major, has been tried in many high vocational and technical schools. The author analyzed some advanced ideas and philosophies, from the ERP characteristics and skill training, put forward some ways of skill training based on the ERP system.
