摘  要:为了考察当代青年职业价值观的新变化,对高中生、大学生以及在职青年三个阶段的当代青年进行了职业价值观的调查,使用自编问卷,包括六个维度:工作保障维度取向、贡献及集体主义取向、自我发展取向、家庭取向、尊重及声望取向、社会关系取向。结果发现:青年女性比男性更加重视工作保障,汉族青年更加重视社会关系,少数民族青年更加重视贡献集体主义,青年人的职业价值取向存在性别及学历水平的差异,但没有发现民族差异。In order to look into the occupational values of the contemporary young people in China, middle school students, college students and young employees were investigated by means of a self-prepared questionnaire, which is composed of such six dimensions including safeguard and material benefits, contribution and collectivism, self-development, family, esteem and reputation, and social relation. Participants are students of middle schools and universities and some young employees. The results show that the gender effect was statistically significant in safeguard and material benefits and the females rated it more important than the males; the young of the Han nationality rated social relationship more important, while those of the minority rated the contributiveness and collectivism more important; the effect of gender and experience level on the occupational values is statistically significant, but not in nationality.
