摘　　要：赤潮毒素对水产品的安全造成重大影响。从危害识别、危害描述、暴露评估、风险描述等方面对水产品中赤潮毒素的残留做了风险评价。结果显示,我国水产品中赤潮毒素残留还处于较低水平,但应该建立科学合理的标准,保证水产品的安全,有效应对贸易技术壁垒。Algal Bloom poisoning has the significant impact on aquatic products.The paper made the risk assessment on Algal Bloom poisoning residues in aquatic products from the area of harm recognition,harm description,exposure assessment and risk description.The results showed that Algal Bloom poisoning of our country was in low level and scientific Standards should be established to Guarantee aquatic products safe and to effectively deal with technical barriers to trade.
