日本弓背蚁营养成分的分析

摘　　要：对日本弓背蚁ＣａｍｐｏｎｏｔｕｓｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓＭａｙｒ进行了氨基酸与微量元素Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｚｎ、Ｓｅ含量测定。结果表明，该蚁已达到食用、药用的标准，具有开发利用前景。Contents of amino acids and trace elements, such as Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn and Se contained in C. japonicus Mayr collected from Northwestern Forestry College were analysed. The results indicate that the ant could reach to the medicinal and edible requirements and show prospects of exploitation and utilization.
