摘　　要：从年龄、性别、学历、专业、资历等五方面分析了构成因素,针对当前行政办公室人员构成在这五个方面存在的不健康倾向,提出了科学构成的纠正意见。This paper analyses the reasonable constitute of administrator in age, gender, academic degree, specialty and training, pointing out the tendencies which are unhealthy in the above five aspects and putting forward opinions to rectify them.
