摘　　要：针对农产品采收后得不到及时加工处理,造成农产品损失严重,严重影响农产品产量和质量的问题,对热泵式低温干燥与冷藏保鲜联合装置的原理与特点进行了简要介绍,给出了装置的研制要点。以苹果为原料进行干燥与冷藏试验,试验表明,该装置的干燥效率高,干燥时间短,具有显著的节能效果。The device and system of heat pump dryings and cold storage are briefly introduced in this paper. And here analyses the characteristics of the device. We also describe the research advances and applications of this technology in farming industry. It is can not only improve drying characteristic highly but also reduce the operating cost. The quality of the food was also improved.
