摘  要:介绍了经薄层软化和渗碳工艺处理的“铁牛55”拖拉机半轴齿轮台架接触疲劳寿命的对比试验.结果表明,薄层软化齿轮台架接触疲劳寿命是原渗碳齿轮的1.63~6.72倍.接触疲劳寿命与齿轮渗层中的残余奥氏体数量成正比.此外还分析了上述两种工艺处理的齿轮台架接触疲劳断口特征.A comparison has been made between the off-line contact fatigue lives of Iron Ox 55 tractor's axle shaft gears treated by surface thin case softening process (STCSP) and by conventional carburizing process (CCP) respectively. The results show that the off-line contact fatigue lives of the gears treated by STCSP are about 1. 63 to 6. 72 times as those of CCP treated ones, and the contact fatigue life is directly proportional to the amount of retained austenite in the case. In addition, fracture morphology has been studied.
