摘　　要：多媒体投影教学是现代多媒体教学中的主要形式之一,是大学英语教学模式改革的重要方式。当前在大学英语教学中存在着多媒体课堂教学课件内容太多,学生吸收困难;降低了学生课堂参与的积极性等问题。只有注意课件与课本的衔接,课件制作应该短、简、精,组织学生进行模仿语言运用的训练,激发学生的学习动机,才能更好地提高多媒体教学的效率。Multi- media overhead project instruction is the main form of multi- media teaching and it is the important way to reform the traditional English teaching mode. At present, some disadvantages lie in multi- media overhead project instruction, such as, lots of contents bringing diffculties to students to learn knowledge and decreasing students＇ interests of participating practice activities. In order to improve the efficiency in the teaching process, the paper puts forward some strategies： paying more attention to the connection between courseware and textbooks, using the brief and proficient courseware, provoking students＇ motivation and organizing students to do some imitating practice.
