高效异丙甲草胺的高效液相色谱手性分离分析

摘　　要：以正已烷-异丙醇(体积比80∶20)为流动相,使用(R,R)-Whelk-01手性柱,在230nm条件下使用紫外检测器,实现了对高效异丙甲草胺S-异构体的分离和测定,外标法定量。测定高效异丙甲草胺的回收率在98.6%～100.2%之间,标准偏差为0.17,变异系数为0.18%。A new method of HPLC for the chiral separation and determination of S-metolachlor was studied including by the use of the chiral chromatography column （R,R）-Whelk-01, n-hexane and 2-propanol （80：20, by vol） as mobile phase and UV-230nm as detection wave. The recoveries of S-metolachlor was 98.6-100.2%, the stand deviation was 0.17 and the coefficient of variation was 0.18%.
