关于现代远程教育学习者对学习支持服务需求的调查分析

摘　　要：本文以中南大学网络教育学院2006年专升本应届毕业生为研究对象,设计了网上问卷调查以收集现代远程教育学习者对学习支持服务需求的相关数据,通过数据分析,我们对学习者进入现代远程教育学习之后的困难及需求有了一个比较清楚的认识。针对存在的问题,本文提出了相应的建议和对策,以期望学习支持服务能真正满足学习者个性化的自主学习需要。Taking the graduates from junior professional college to undergraduate college in 2006 at College of Network Education, Central South University as object of study, this article designs a questionnaire survey on web in order to collect data related to the learners＇ demands for learning support service in modem distance education. By an analysis of the data, we have a clear understanding about the learners＇ difficulties and demands after they begin studying in distance education. Aiming to the existing questions, this article has put forward some suggestions and countermeasures, we expect that learning support service can indeed meet the learners＇ demands for their independent studying.
