高校辅导员自身建设新视角:“以德为行,以学为上”

摘　　要：广东技术师范学院党委书记邝邦洪教授提出"以德为行,以学为上"教育理念,是一种新型教育理念,囊括了教育工作者在日常生活工作中的行为准则,对高校教学管理工作有重要指导意义。作为开展大学生思想政治教育工作骨干力量的高校辅导员应该紧握时代脉搏,坚持"以德为行,以学为上"加强自身建设,以"德学并举"的姿态,为高校的思想政治工作增光添彩。Professor Kuang Banghong, secretary of CPC committee of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, advanced the educational idea that strengthens virtue and knowledge of educators. The educational idea serves to guide college counselors to keep up with the time in either improving themselves as educators or counseling students on campus.
