摘　　要：德才兼备是现代社会选拔人才的重要标准,引导大学生成为"以德为行,以学为上"的践行者更是高校教育工作的核心。本文从"以德为行,以学为上"教育理念的内涵、大学生践行这一教育理念的重要意义出发,结合实际探讨大学生应如何践行"以德为行,以学为上"的教育理念。Ability and moral integrity is an important standard for modern talent selection. It is a core task for higher education to guide students to improve their conduct with noble moral and to upgrade themselves via constant learning. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of the education idea and explores how students should put this education idea into practice.
