胰腺癌ras p21蛋白表达与AgNORs计数及组织学分级的关系

摘　　要：目的研究胰腺癌rasp21蛋白表达与AgNORs计数及组织学分级的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测了50例胰腺癌组织及50例正常胰腺组织中rasp21蛋白的表达;AgNORs染色技术检测胰腺癌细胞的AgNORs含量;观察肿瘤的组织学分级。结果rasp21蛋白在胰腺癌组织和正常胰腺组织中的表达有显著差异;rasp21蛋白阳性胰腺癌的AgN0Rs计数比阴性的AgN0Rs计数明显增多(P<0.001);rasp21蛋白表达与肿瘤组织学分级呈显著负相关(rs=-0.99,P<0.001)。结论胰腺癌的发生发展过程包含了rasp21基因的突变。rasp21蛋白表达可反映胰腺癌的恶性程度,是一个有效的判断胰腺癌预后的指标。Objective To study the relationship between expression of ras p21 protein and AgNORs count and histological grade in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The pancreatic tissues from 50 patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma and 50 normal controls were examined for ras p21 protein by immunohistochemistry, and silver binding nucleolar organizer regions （AgNORs） were counted in cancer cells. Histological grade was observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Results Ras p21 protein positive expression was 60% in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Expression of ras p21 protein was of significant difference between normal pancreatic tissue and pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Ras p21 expression was closely associated with AgNORs counting. The expression of ras p21 protein was significantly correlated with histological grade. Conclusion Ras p21 may participate in carcinogenesis and development of pancreatic carcinoma. Ras p21 status may be important for the prediction of biologically high malignant potential in pancreatic carcinoma. Ras p21 protein expression might be a useful prognostic factor for pancreatic carcinoma.
