摘　　要：企业是一个开放的系统,企业不能离开环境而生存。本文对企业文化与内部环境、外部环境的互动路径进行了分析,建立了企业文化与内部环境互动路径图、企业文化与外部环境互动路径图、企业文化与内外部环境的互动路径图,提出了企业内外部环境的构建思路。The enterprise is an open system, which can not survive without environment. We analyzed the interaction paths of the enterprise culture and the environment. We established the interaction path diagram of enterprise culture with internal environment, external environment, and the internal and external environment. Then, we proposed the way that enterprises construct internal and external environment.
