摘　　要：通过对LS/T3211-95标准中规定的在不同浓度下样品吸光度的测定,来确定碘呈色度检测中吸光度的最佳线性范围;对于超出线性范围的样品,通过改变样品取用量、定容体积、试剂移取量等一系列试验,以找出LS/T3211-95标准中不足之处。确定碘呈色度测定的适宜条件。同时,综述了碘呈色度测定过程中各环节应注意的问题,确保测定的准确性。This article was about the detemlination of the same sample＇s absorbency on the different solution concentration according to the standard LS/T3211 - 95, in order to get the result of the determination of iodine visibility＇s optimum linear range. For the samples overruned linear range, the experiment condition include the weight of sample , the isovolumetric volume, the quantity of reagent would be changed. From it we could find the shorage of LS/T3211 - 95 standard and a suitable condition of detemaination. At the same time, we have summarized the problems during the determination which should pay attention to ensure the precision of determination.
