大理市售饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠含量的测定

摘　　要：目的:调查大理市售饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的使用情况。方法:采用HPLC法,对饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠含量进行测定。结果:大理市售饮料中3种添加剂的使用有差异,某些饮料中对其使用情况未予标注,超标率达30.7%。结论:大量饮用添加剂超标的饮料将直接影响人体健康,必须加强饮料添加剂使用的监督管理,才能确保食品的安全性。Objective： To investigate the usage of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium in drinks sold in Dali market. Method： The benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and saccharin sodium contents in drinks were determined by HPLC. Results： Use of the three kinds of chemical additives was different in drinks, some drinks were not labeled and the standard-exceeding rate was 30.7%. Conclusions： Drinks which have exceeded the standard will influence human＇s health directly, so we should strengthen the administration to guarantee their security.
