摘　　要：教师自身教学能力及素质的提高是教育事业发展的重要环节。教师在教学实践中通过对教学活动和经验的不断反思对提高教学能力显得越来越重要。在外语课堂中使用反思性教学提高课堂教学效果是外语教师自我发展的有效途径。Enhancing teachersteaching ability and self- development is of vital importance for education development. The importance of teachers＇reflecting on the teaching activity and the experience to improve their teaching ability in the teaching process becomes more and more obvious. Applying reflective teaching strategies into English classroom to improve teaching efficiency will be an effective way to promote English teachers＇ self development.
