摘 要:目的调查ICU护士的专业核心能力,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。方法采用描述性相关性的设计方法,于2008年2月至3月对我国16家三级甲等综合医院ICU病房的632名护士进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士的教育与培训的能力最高,而掌握和运用专科技术的能力最低。单因素方差分析显示,ICU不同层次护士的专业核心能力不同(P<0.01),ICU护士不同层次进入多元回归方程(Beta=0.198,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应根据ICU护士的专业核心能力,分层次、分级别、分条目地进行针对性的培训。Objective To investigate the professional core competencies of nurses working in the ICU and provide information for making aimed interventions. Methods Descriptive and correlative research method were used in this study. From February to March in 2008,632 ICU nurses from 16 A-grade general hospitals in china were investigated. Results The average score of the professional core competencies of investigated ICU nurses was 2. 34±0.61, with the highest scores of education and training competency and the lowerst socre of mastering and practising spealized skills' competency. Different professional core competencies for ICU nurses of different levels were observed by the analysis of one way Anova( P 〈0.01). And level of ICU nurses was in the multiple regression equation( Beta = 0. 198, P 〈0. 01). Conclusion The nursing administrators should carry out pertinent training for ICU nurses accroding to their different professonal level.
