摘  要:采用高效毛细管电泳对酶水解得到的大豆多肽进行分离检测。实验表明:高效毛细管电泳法是分离检测大豆多肽的有效方法。最佳分离检测条件:100mmol/LTris/HCl(pH=8.5)+3.5mmol/LSDS+0.1%PEO为缓冲液,进样时间10s,运行电压18kV,气动进样,用HPCE以无胶筛分方式,成功将大豆多肽进行了分离和检测。Soybean polypeptides of enzymes hydrolysis products was separated and tetsed hy high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) in the paper. The results showed that HPCE was a highly effective way of seperation and examination.The optimized conditions is:the running buffer was composed of 100mmol/L Tris / HCI(pH=8.5) + 3.Smmol/L SDS+0.1%PEO and the running voltage was 18kV, time of entering sample is 10s, by the way of non-gel sieving high-performance capillary electrophoresis, seperation and examination was carried up successfully.
