摘　　要：在对铁路客流分配问题进行概述的基础上,结合铁路旅客运输组织的特点,采用平衡分配法对铁路客流分配问题进行研究,建立了拥挤条件下的铁路随机用户平衡配流模型,并给出了求解算法和算例。On the basis of summarizing the problem of railway passenger flow assignment, combined with the characteristics of the railway passenger transport organization, the paper studies the problem of railway passenger flow assignment with the method of User Equilibrium Assignment, then sets up a stochastic user equilibrium assignment model under the congestion and provides the solution algorithm and example.
