高职院校培养创新型人才的几点思考

摘　　要：本文论述了高等职业技术学校为市场经济的发展培养创新型人才,需要训练学生的创造性思维,必须重视素质教育,而且要根据市场需求随时更新教学内容和教学环节,同时应加强"双师型"队伍的建设。The paper discussed that cultivating creative talents in higher vocational colleges for the development of market economy needed to train creative thinking of students, attach importance to quality education. And teaching contents and link should be renovated on occasion according to the market demand. Meanwhile, it should construct teacher team with ＂double-quality＂.
