摘  要:教师的影响力一般分权力影响力和非权力影响力。大学专科、本科(非博士,硕士)教师的非权力影响力,在教学管理中发挥着强大的内驱力。目前大学教育中教师的非权力影响力有弱化倾向,学生对教师非权力因素的关注呈增强趋势。大学教学及管理现状证明,提高教师的综合素质,强化其非权力影响力,对提高大学教学管理效能具有向心力、吸引力、感召力、信服力。教师的非权力影响力越强,教学管理效能就越高。The influences of teachers are generally divided into non-authority and authority influence. The non-authority influence of teachers in Junior college and University (excludes doctorate or master's degrees education) is a driven power in educating management. Currently the non-authority influence of the teachers in university education presents a weakening tendency, while students pay more and more at tention to the factor of non-authority influence of teachers. This article analyzes the status quo of teaching and managing in the university, and from the perspective of managerial efficiency, brings up the advice to improve the performance of the centripetal, attractive, inspiring and convincing forces of teachers. The stronger the non--authority influence of teachers, the higher the efficiency of education management.
