香菇菌富硒液体发酵条件的优选试验

摘　　要：在香菇菌液体发酵的基础上,先对香菇菌种加硒驯化,再进行富硒香菇液体深层发酵的工艺条件实验。研究香菇菌丝体在发酵过程中对有机硒的耐受力和生物转化力。结果表明:经过驯化后的香菇菌在含有60mg/kg亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)的固体培养基上和含有80mg/kg亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)的液体种子培养基及含有130mg/kg亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)的液体发酵培养基中生长良好,并可以在菌丝体内富集硒。On the basis of lentinus edodes liquid fermentation, firstly domestication of selenium on lentinus edodes, then we performed deep fermentation technics experiments for lentinus edodes liquid of selenium-enriched, we studyed the tolerance and biotransformation of lentinus edodes mycelium to organic selenium in the process of fermentation. The results showed that lentinus edodes treated with selenium growed well in the solid mediums containing 60 mg/kg Na2SeO3, liquid seed mediums containing 80 mg/kg Na2SeO3 and liquid fermentation mediums containing 130 mg/kg Na2SeO3, and enrich selenium in the mycelium.
