高职教育工学结合的实效性研究——基于理论、实践和对策的分析

摘　　要：从应然和实然两个角度分析高职教育工学结合的理论效果和实践效果,可以发现高职教育工学结合理论上的巨大优势在实践中还没有得到充分发挥。导致这种状况的原因主要是高职院校负担过重、企业参与合作的动力不足以及工学结合缺乏质量保证等。要提高工学结合的实效性需进一步规范高职院校行为、激发企业的积极性、建立工学结合的质量保证机制。Through analyzing both the theory effect and practice effect for work-integrated study in higher vocational education, we can find the enormous theoretical advantages of work-integrated study have not yet been brought into full play in practice. This situation is mainly caused by the overweight burden on higher vocational colleges, lack of enthusiasm from enterprises and poor the quality guarantee. Improving the actual effect needs to further standardize the behavior of higher vocational colleges, arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises, and build up the quality guarantee mechanism.
