摘　　要：从资产评估的专业角度,分析了现有的评估方法的局限性,并在充分考虑人力资源本身的特征及其价值的影响因素的基础上,构建了一个操作性较强的评估模型,并对模型中所涉及的重置成本、人力资源对企业的收益的贡献率等各项指标进行了分析和解释。From the professional point of property assessment, based on the existing assessment method and by complete considering characteristics of human resources and influential factors of its value, this paper constructs an evaluation model with full operational capability and makes analysis and explanation on reprocess cost of human resource and its profitability conditions of the model.
