摘  要:据专家调查,教师成为"职业枯竭"心理疾患的高危人群。为及时了解高校教师职业枯竭状况,采用问卷调查,了解广东省24所高校5600多名教师职业枯竭状况。结果发现:高校教师在职业枯竭中,去人性化和认知枯竭状况处于中等水平,不是很严重;而情绪衰竭和低个人成就感比较严重。调查结果有助于教师及时发现心理问题,并采取正确的途径和方式解除压力。As the previous study shows, teachers have become high- risk population of suffering job- burnout. With a view to having a better knowledge of the current situation of university teachers' suffering from job - burnout, this essay launches a survey by questionnaires on over 5600 teachers of 24 universities in Guangdong Province. The results show that on one hand, their de - personalization and cognitive exhaustion is at a medium level, and not very serious; on the other hand, they suffer from very severe emotional exhaustion and low persunal achievement. This study intends to help teachers find their psychological problems and release their stress with appropriate methods and approaches.
