摘　　要：合伙企业财产是合伙企业营利的物质基础,其性质问题是合伙企业的核心问题。加强合伙企业财产法律制度的研究,理清合伙企业财产性质的归属问题,从制度上保障我国合伙企业的稳定、健康和快速发展。Partnership property is the material foundation of partnership profits, its nature is the key issue of partnership enterprises. To strengthen the legal system of partnership property research, clarify the nature of partnership property ownership can keep China＇s partners＇ enterprises stable, healthy and rapid development from system.
