香菇多糖辅助治疗老年晚期胃癌及大肠癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨香菇多糖注射液辅助治疗老年晚期胃癌及大肠癌或术后复发、已不适合手术的老年胃癌及大肠癌患者的疗效。方法将老年晚期胃癌及大肠癌患者106例随机分为香菇多糖组、香菇多糖加化疗组和化疗组,均治疗3个周期以上,进行相关比较。结果香菇多糖组的有效率较化疗组和香菇多糖加化疗组低(P均<0.05),香菇多糖组、香菇多糖加化疗组患者治疗后的生存质量、远期疗效、稳定率均比化疗组高(P均<0.05)。香菇多糖加化疗组常见的药物不良反应发生率较化疗组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖能缓解老年晚期胃癌及大肠癌患者的临床症状,增强免疫功能,改善生存质量,延长生存期,与化疗合用能提高化疗的疗效,减少化疗药物的不良反应。Objective It is to explore the auxiliary therapeutic effect of lentinan injection on gerontal late gastric cancer and intestinal cancer or the patient with gerontal cancer of intestine and carcinoma of stomach which are recurrent after operation and unsuitable for operation. Methods 106 cases of patients with gerontal late carcinoma of stomach and cancer of intestine were chosen and divided into three groups： lentinan group, lentinan and chemotherapy group, chemotherapy group. Correlative comparision was carried out after more than three periods of therapia. Results The effective rate in entinan group was lower than that in the other two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the chemotherapy group, the survival quality, late result, and the stabilization rate of the patients in the other two groups were higher（ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of common adverse reaction to medicament in the group of lentinan and chemotherapy reduced significantly compared with the control group（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lentinan can remit the clinlcal symptom of gerontal late carcinoma of stomach and cancer of intestine, improve immune function, ameliorate survival quality, prolong survival time and combined with chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of chemotherapy. and reduce the side effect of chemotherapy drugs.
