凝胶过滤层析精制还原型谷胱甘肽的研究

摘　　要：采用Sephadex G-10凝胶双柱精制还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)。研究了脱盐上样体积、分级分离上样浓度及上样体积对GSH洗脱的影响。结果表明,在脱盐上样体积为10 mL、分级分离上样浓度和上样体积分别为10 mg.mL-1和5 mL的优化条件下,所得GSH含量可达92.40%。Reduced glutathione（GSH） was refined using Sephadex G-10 double gel columns. The effects of the sample volume for desalination, the sample concentration and sample volume for classification separation on the elution of GSH were investigated. The result indicated that under the optimum conditions, including the sample volume for desalination of 10 mL,the sample concentration for classification separation of 10 mg· mL^-1 and sample volume for classification separation of 5 mL,the content of GSH reached 92. 40%.
