摘　　要：利用AOTF近红外光谱仪快速检测分析技术,进行年份葡萄酒的验证性分析检测,利用每个年份的葡萄酒的定性分析模型,对年份葡萄酒验证集的样品可以进行准确的判定,为葡萄酒新标准中年份葡萄酒的检测提供了可行的检测分析方法。AOTF near infrared spectrum rapid detection technique was applied in the verification and detection of age grape-wine, then qualitative analysis models of grape wine of each age were established for accurate judgement of age grape wine samples, such method could be used for the detection of age grape wine under new grape wine national standards.
