摘　　要：自卑心理是高职学生中常见的一种不良心理状态,其表现形式多种多样,来源于多个方面,对学生身心的发展危害较大。形成高职学生自卑心理的根源既有个人主观方面的因素也有客观方面的因素。高职院校要针对高职学生心理状况,积极开展心理健康的教育与指导,帮助学生树立自信心,摆脱自卑的心理阴影。Inferiority mentality is an desirable psychological state that emerged frequently among vocational students. With variable representing forms and multilateral aspects, the inferiority exert jeopardy on students health and mind, sources formed the inferiority mentality out of individual subjective and objective factors. As a vocational college, it is paramount to execute positive psychological education and instruction in accordance with whose mental status, assisting students establishing confidence to extricate shadow of inferiority mentality.
