摘 要:目的评价情景模拟教学法对农民工心肺复苏(CPR)技能培训的效果。方法通过"情景设计—情境带入—情境运用"3个培训阶段对某外资企业30名农民工进行心肺复苏知识和技能培训,培训前后进行评估,观察培训效果。结果培训前30名农民工普遍缺乏心肺复苏知识和技能;通过培训,CPR操作技能较培训前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论情景模拟教学法适用于对农民工心肺复苏技能培训。Objective To assess the effect of situational teaching in training peasant workers to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods 30 peasant workers were trained the knowledge and techniques of CPR through the three stages of situation creation, bringing into the situation and application in the situation. Assessment was made both before and after the training, and then the training effects were observed. Results Before the training, the peasant workers generally lacked the CPR knowledge and techniques, and after the training, they mastered CPR techniques, with the difference having statistical significance (P〈0.001). Conclusion Situational teaching is applicable to CPR training among peasant workers.
