摘　　要：学生时期正处于人格逐渐形成的关键阶段。在这一阶段,学生时常表现出知识学习和文化修养上的"单面人格"倾向、道德操守上的"双重人格"倾向、自我意识上的"悖论人格"倾向等人格不良倾向。其教育对策是:树立和落实科学的教育价值观,加强引导学生对社会价值和个人价值关系的正确认识,加强引导学生对人生终极价值的关怀。School days are a critical phase when students develop their personality gradually. In this phase student often display some unhealthy personality tendencies of tural accomplishment, ＂the dual personalities＂ in the ＂the one-sided personality＂ in the knowledge learning and culmoral integrity, ＂the paradox personality＂ in the self-awareness and so on. The educational countermeasure are to set up and carry out the scientific educational values, to strengthen students on the correct understanding of the relationship between social values and the personal values, to guide students on the care of the ultimate value of life.
