摘　　要：在教育督导发展的历史进程中,各国经过长期的探索和改革,相继建立了适合本国国情的、各具特色的教育督导制度。重视对典型国家教育督导制度基本特点的研究和探讨,对加强和改进我国的教育督导工作,提高教育督导的效能,具有重要的借鉴意义。In the historical development of educational superintendence, different countries, through long-term exploration and reform, have established their own unique system of educational superintendence suitable to their own national conditions with different characteristics. Exploration of the basic characteristics of the educational superintendence system in typical nations will provide important reference to boosting China＇s educational superintendence work.
