摘  要:对链霉菌S506活菌制剂的发酵条件进行了单因素研究,通过正交试验设计对该菌株的培养基进行了筛选.确定了液体发酵最佳培养基配方为麸皮40g/L,玉米粉40g/L,甘油10mL/L,黄豆饼粉10g/L;最佳发酵工艺参数为温度35℃,初始pH为6~8,500mL三角瓶的装液量为100mL,转速150r/min,发酵周期96h.经液-固发酵制得固体活菌菌剂,室温下保存1.5a,活菌数量仍达到40亿个/g以上,为大规模培养S506菌提供可靠的基础数据.The fermenting conditions of Streptomyces S506 were studied, the culture medium and culture condition for Streptomyces which produced antibiotic were optimized by orthogonal design. The most optimal fermentation medium was determined, which was composed of 40 g/L bran, 40 g/L corn flour, 10 mL/L glycerin and 10 g/L soybean cake powder. The best fermentation parameters were as follows:35 ℃ of temperature,initial pH 6-8,100 mL fermentation liquid per 500 mL of conic bottle, 150 r/min,96 h fermentation period. The live fungus solid preparation was prepared by absorbing the fermentation liquid with solid carrier. The number of biogen Streptomyces S506 in the solid preparation could still reach more than 4 billion after 18 months of storage at room temperature. This provides some reliable basic data for a large scale cultivation of S506 stain.
