摘　　要：网络交往条件下大学生的道德人格受到了巨大冲击,这既不利于大学生健康道德人格的形成,也不利于网络的可持续发展。在网络交往条件下培养大学生的健康道德人格,应注意确立"以德立人"的网络道德价值取向,培养"以诚为本"的网络交往道德观,唤醒大学生网络交往的道德文化自觉,充分发挥"慎独"在道德人格培养中的内控机制作用。In the age of internet, university students ＇ personality is influenced greatly. It does harm to the cultivation of students＇ personality and sustainable development of the internet. In the age of internet, we should establish the personality value orientation the internet and waken student＇ s consciousness.
