城乡统筹发展视野下农民教育新机制探析

摘　　要：教育作为人力资本开发的一种重要手段,是现代经济增长的主要动力和源泉。农业劳动力的流向与转移,要以对他们的教育、培训和指导作为基础与前提。文章提出,创造性建立科学合理的农民教育新机制,是破解重庆市二元经济难题重要而有效的途径。As an important means of human resources exploitation, education has become the major momentum and headspring of the economic development. Thus, the move and transfer of agricultural labor force should be based on the education, training and coaching they have received. In this thesis, the author brings forward that to build up a scientific and reasonable mechanism of farmer education will be an. important and effective approach to solve the dualistic economic problems in Chongqing Municipality.
