摘  要:德育教师在德育活动占有主导地位。德育教师的人文关怀精神是根本性的因素。而积极的人性观,丰富的人文素养,高尚的人格品质,全面的精神关怀是人文关怀精神的重中之重。德育教师的人文关怀精神对于教育及学生的成长有着重要的作用。它是一种宝贵的教育资源,是学生健康成长不可或缺的人文环境,它不仅能够是教育活动收到事半功倍的效果,也有利于建立和谐社会,使整个社会充满人文关怀的温馨。The positive view of human nature, comprehensive care for the spirit of humane concern is the top priority of the spirit. Moral education teachers of humanistic concerning the education and spiritual growth of students has an important role. But, that active human nature watches, rich humanity quality, noble personality quality, all - round spirit is humanity weight of spirit for heavy vigorous middle. Moral education teacher humanity spirit having the important effect to education and student's growing up. It is one kind of precious resources for education. In which the student grows up healthy and sound indispensable humanity environment. It is not only able to receive education activities multiplier effect and but also conducive to the establishment of a harmonious society, so that the whole community is full of humanistic concern warmth.
