大学英语课堂中的动机削弱初探

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对270名大学生在大学英语课堂中的动机削弱情况进行了调查,调查结果显示,很多学生在英语课堂中存在学习动机削弱的现象,并且大部分的动机削弱是由教师引起的。在调查分析的基础上,提出教师可以从课程组件、教师组件、集体组件三个维度出发,采取各种策略抑制学生的动机削弱,以达到增强动机的目的。On the demotivation phenomena in the English classes, 270 undergraduates have been investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the demotivation phenomena are mostly caused by the teachers them- selves in the English classes.On the basis of investigation and analysis, the author proposes that teachers can adopt some strategies to curb the demotivation and strengthen motivation from three dimensions：the course, teachers and the collective.
