摘 要:高校人事制度改革的价值取向对改革的深化具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文通过分析指出当前高校人事制度改革存在着:重操作合法性轻理性价值分析、重业绩轻人本、重科研轻教学等现象,从而提出高校人事制度改革的价值取向是:以教师为本、确立以学术创造为核心的价值追求、促使教学与科研发展的协调、实现教师与学校的可持续发展。The value orientation of personnel system reform in higher schools has an important theoretical and realistic signifi-cance on deepening reform. This paper firstly presents some problems including valuing operation validity above reasonable value, valuing achievement about humanism and valuing scientific research above teaching work in personnel system reform in higher schools. And then it shows that the value orientations of personnel system reform in higher schools should take teachers foremost and consider the academic creation as the core of value orientation and finally promote the harmonious development of teaching and science and realize the sustainable development of higher schools and their teaching staff members.
