摘  要:集成应用Pro/E和ANSYS,探讨在3种典型作业工况条件下,采用3种不同建模方法对高空作业车伸缩臂进行有限元分析,并以典型工况满载条件下的实测应力数据对不同的集成方法进行比较分析与评价。3种建模方法分别是伸缩臂各臂独立地进行Pro/E建模、将伸缩臂刚化为一个整体进行Pro/E建模以及用装配体进行建模。通过对伸缩臂的各危险截面上的12个点位进行有限元分析的数据与各点位实测数据的比较分析,得出结论:第一种方法相对误差较大;第二种方法建模方法简便,相对误差在可接受的范围,方法很有实用意义;第三种方法相对误差较小,便于后期进行结构优化,是设计与性能预测中值得注意的方法。同时,对危险截面的应力研究可供产品设计人员参考。Integrating Pro/E and ANSYS applications,finite dement analysis on telescopic boom of an aerial work platform with different mod- ehng methods is discussed under three typical work conditions. Different integrating methods are compared and evaluated against actual test data under typical full load work condition.The three modeling methods include independent boom section Pro/E mod- ehng,completely rigidized boom Pro/E modehng as well as assem- bly modehng.Through comparison between finite element analysis data of 12 points on each dangerous section of the telescopic boom and actual test data of corresponding points,it is found out that the first modeling method presents relatively larger error;the second modeling method shows simplicity and its error is within accept- able range so it is a practical modeling way;for the third method, there is smaller error,which benefits structure optimization in later period,so it is a method worthy to be noted in design and perfor- mance prediction.Its stress study on dangerous sections provides reference for product designers.
