摘　　要：实训基地是高职院校的一种重要教育资源,其建设目标、建设内涵要与区域经济的发展相适应。进行实训基地的建设要有思路,要做到实习基地的建设投资能够发挥应有的效益,保障其能够在人才培养中发挥应有的作用。The Training Base is one of the important resources to high vocational schools, and the construction aims and contents should adapt the development of region economy. It＇s required that construction of train bases should be carried out with clearly thoughts and the investments to field bases should benefit as weU as it should do to ensure the good effects in personnel training.
