摘　　要：公司社会责任问题是公司治理研究的一个新领域。按照利益相关者理论,公司承担社会责任是一种既利己也利他的最优抉择;要让公司承担社会责任,就必须建立起利益相关者共同治理模式;公司承担社会责任对公司绩效有着积极的影响作用。Corporate social responsibility is a new area of corporate governance. Based on the stakeholder theory, we proposed that it is the best responsibility. It will benefit companies as well as other corporate performance, either. Stakeholder governance undertaking the social responsibility. choice for company to undertake stakeholders. It has an active influence social on the pattern should be introduced to companies for undertaking the social responsibility.
