高校形势与政策课教学队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：文章分析了当前高校形势与政策课教学队伍存在教师不足、教师素质参差不齐、教师基本功差等现象,提出了进一步加强形势与政策课队伍建设的若干建议,包括建全和完善师资队伍、提高教师素质、加强学习交流、提高教师的科研能力、加强数学队伍管理等。This paper starts with the significance of the teaching team construction on the course of Situation and Policies at eolleges. Through analyzing the current states of teaching team including lack of the teachers, unbalaneed qualities of teachers and poor basic skill of teachers, the paper puts forward several constructive suggestions on how to further emphasize the construction of teaching team of Current Situation and Polices, including perfecting teaching team, improving teachers＇ quality, increasing academic communication, upgrading teachers＇ scientific research capability and enhancing teaching team management, etc.
