摘  要:研究柑橘的内部品质指标与表面色泽的相关性。以成熟中期湖南湘中涟红温州蜜柑为研究对象,果梗面、果萼面和侧面的四幅图像色调均值和饱和度均值为自变量,建立不同着色程度的柑橘糖度、有效酸度和糖酸比的偏最小二乘回归预测模型,30个检验样本的试验结果表明,糖度预测的波动幅最大,±1°Brix内正确判断率为43.3333%,有效酸度和糖酸比预测波动较小,±0.2pH有效酸度内正确判断率为76.6667%,糖酸比在±0.4°Brix/pH内的正确判断率为80%。通过本研究表明,同一生长期基于数字图像的柑橘内部品质偏最小二乘法预测具有可行性。The paper investigates the correlativity between external color and internal quality of citrus fruit. Investigation is carried out with Hunan Xiangzhong Lianhong Wenzhou citrus fruit in its mid-term maturity. Images are taken from peduncle, sepal and side of fruit. Sugar content, valid acidity and sugar-acid ratio are modeled by mean values of hue and saturation of each image with partial least square regression method. Test results show: 1) for sugar content the model has the worst results, the correctness for accuracy ±0.1°Brix is 43.3333%, 2) for valid acidity and sugar-acid ratio, we have better results, correctness for accuracy ±0.2pH and ±0.4° Brix/pH are 76.6667% and 80% respectively. So we conclude, it is feasible to estimate internal quality of citrus fruit in the same growing period with partial least square method.
