破眠剂提高攀西地区酿酒葡萄结果系数的研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究破眠剂处理对提高攀西地区酿酒葡萄结实性的作用，为提高西南干热地区酿酒葡萄产量和品质奠定基础。【方法】于2003-12和2004-01和2004-12～2005-01，在四川省攀西地区对霞多丽、佳美、梅鹿辄、玫瑰蜜4个酿酒葡萄品种休眠冬芽进行化学药剂抹芽处理。在翌年葡萄坐果期之后调查结果系数，分析比较破眠剂处理后的结果系数。【结果】01-10破眠剂处理提高葡萄结果系数的效果最好；对于CaCN2、H2CN2、（H2CN2＋吐温80）3个化学药剂及其不同浓度处理，1．0％H2CN2＋1．0％吐温80处理提高结实的效果最好；供试的4个葡萄品种中，破眠剂处理后仅有梅尔辄和佳美的结果系数提高明显，其中梅尔辄的结果系数提高幅度可达到30％以上，佳美结果系数的提高幅度可达7％。破眠剂处理对霞多丽结果系数的提高无明显效果，破眠剂处理会导致玫瑰蜜结果系数下降。【结论】01-10是攀西地区酿酒葡萄破眠剂处理提高结实性的最佳时期，1．0％H2CN2＋1．0％吐温80是攀西地区酿酒葡萄破眠剂处理提高结实性的最佳药剂组合。[Objective] The study was done to know the influence of chemical treatments on grapevine fructification enhancement. [Method] In December 2003 to January 2004 and December 2004 to January 2005,dormant buds of four grapevine cultivars grown in Panzhihua were treated immediately after pruning with dormancy breaking chemicals. The data of next year＇s fructification coefficient were investigated and analyzed. [Result] The result indicated that the best treat time to improve fructification was 01-10 and （1.0%H2CN2 ＋1.0% Tween 80） had the best effects of improving fructification coefficients. Moreover, four wine grapevine cultivars in experiment had different responses to dormancy-breaking chemicals. In o treated grapevines,only fructification coefficients of Merlot and Gamay were increased. The highest improving extent of fructification coefficient in Merlot was above 30% and that of Gamay was about 7%. Dor-mancy-breaking chemicals had no effect on improving fructification for Chardonnay and would decrease fructification of Fox. [Conclusion] The treat time of 01-10 is the best and the chemical of （1.0%H2CN2＋1.0%Tween 80） is the best agent to improve the fructification of wine grapes in Panzhihua-Xichang Area.
