摘　　要：Wiki的发展与应用为知识服务系统的构建和知识服务工作的开展提供了新契机和新模式。本文在分析Wiki特点的基础上,提出基于Wiki的知识服务系统模型,结合"一把刀人工搜索"系统的开发与建设,重点分析了基于Wiki的知识服务系统的体系架构、关键技术及特色服务,为知识服务系统的构建提供了一个示例。The development and application of Wiki provides a new model for the construction of knowledge service system and the development of knowledge services. Based on the analysis of Wiki＇ s characteristics, this paper proposes the model of knowledge service system based on Wiki, and with the development and construction of ＂18 dao manual search＂, it emphases on analyzing the system construction, key technologies and special services of knowledge service system based on Wiki, which provides a good example for the construction of the knowledge service system.
