摘　　要：通过对知识共享存在的障碍分析,提出了相互信任、组织文化、激励机制、知识产权制度等消除知识共享障碍的策略。The knowledge management carries on like a raging fire today in the organizations, knowledge sharing is in the keystone of the status. Through the implementation effective keystone strategies to achieve the goal of the knowledge sharing, and has analyzs the strategic analysis of the knowledge sharing in four aspects.
